Why should you avoid seed oils in your brownies?

A lot of people think that seed oils are one of the worst things in our diet today. Seed oils are found in most processed foods. People 100 years ago were much more likely to be lean and free from degenerative disease. We think that this is because they didn’t eat seed oils back then. Seed oils were mostly not around back then. Instead people ate butter or animal fats. More information about the link between seed oils and degenerative diseases can be found in this study: https://openheart.bmj.com/content/5/2/e000898
