Get less sunburns by eliminating seed oil

A lot of people have found that removing seed oil from their diet makes them have less trouble with sunburns. You probably will still have to be careful about getting sunburnt, but it does seem to be harder to get burnt when you don’t eat seed oils.

It seems to take some time for this protective effect to occur – at least a month and probably a lot longer.

Again, please be careful of sunburns even if you have removed seed oil from your diet. While sunshine is mostly good for you, getting too much ultraviolet light will still damage your skin and increase risk of skin cancer, and you don’t want that.

Early morning and evening sunshine contains much less ultraviolet and you can bask in this with much less trouble.
